Cycle Sync — Support
Running that fits your cycle.
We usually reply within two working days. Cycle Sync is made by one person, so thank you for your patience.
Common questions
Do I need to track my cycle for Cycle Sync to work?
No. Run tracking, period logging and safety sharing all work without it. Cycle information is what enables the adaptive plan — without it, Cycle Sync still builds you a sensible week, just not one that shifts with your phase.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up, no email and no password. Your data lives on your iPhone, which also means it isn't synced between devices.
Where is my data?
On your phone. Your cycle information, symptoms, routes and run history never leave it. The only exception is the AI coach, which sends a short anonymised summary of your training so it can answer — never your name, dates or location. The privacy policy spells this out in detail.
I changed my mind about Apple Health.
Open Health → Profile → Apps → Cycle Sync and change what's shared. Runs already saved to Apple Health stay there even if you delete Cycle Sync — those are yours.
How do I delete everything?
Account → Remove account wipes your profile, cycle data, plan and run history from the device. Deleting the app does the same.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal; you keep Premium until the period you've paid for ends.
I bought Premium but it's not showing.
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn't appear, check you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with, then email us.
The coach isn't answering.
It needs a network connection. Offline, Cycle Sync tells you so plainly and still handles check-ins and plan changes on your device rather than inventing a reply. There's also a daily limit on coach messages to keep the service sustainable; it resets the next day.
Is Cycle Sync medical advice?
No. Cycle Sync is a training app, not a medical device, and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. If something feels wrong — very heavy bleeding, fainting, chest pain, severe dizziness — please contact a clinician rather than training through it.
Found a bug, or want something?
Email bloomcyclefitapp@gmail.com. Your iPhone model and iOS version help a lot. Feature requests are genuinely welcome — Cycle Sync is shaped by what runners ask for.
